Our Base options
We have tried to make an easy but yet comprehensive system that can cover your needs down to the dimensions of your eggcrate. These are the two types of standard eggcrate we find ourselves working with on a regular basis. Depending if you have thin walled or thick walled the fit of our bases can vary, having the right dimensions can help with keeping your Frag Tags in place. Most eggcrate will have a taper from top to bottom creating a variation in size, this is really important to know as our slip on bases and slip on eggcrate stands are designed with this taper in mind. If there is any confusion between dimensions and base sizes, the 12.7mm option or the slip on option will be the best and safest solution to ensure fitment.

Thick wall opening size at the smallest point with taper in mind - 13.8mm
Thick wall thickness - 1.1mm to 2mm
Recommended size for thick wall eggcrate - 12.7mm or Slip on
Depending on variations between different manufacturers the 13.8mm bases can be an interference fit. This is why we recommend using the smaller 12.7mm size.
